Carla Abraham

As co-founder of Beach Blue Real Properties and Beach Blue Real Estate, Carla brings a wealth of local expertise and extensive knowledge of selling and purchasing real estate to her clientele.  Licensed in 1991 as a young salesperson in Stamford, Connecticut, her dedication to excellence in sales performance was recognized when she was named 1991 Rookie of the Year by the Stamford Board of Realtors.  After relocating to Miramar Beach in 2008, Carla was instrumental in establishing the highly regarded property management company, Beach Blue Properties.  As client demand offered increasing real estate sales opportunities, she founded Beach Blue Real Estate in 2014 in Miramar Beach, Florida.  Since that time, she and the Beach Blue Real Estate Team have facilitated many millions of dollars in sales.

In addition to her work in real estate, Carla is passionate about home design, architecture, and interiors.  She enjoys spending free time in the mountains with her husband, children and grandchildren.
