After earning a degree in Communications from Mississippi College, David became a licensed realtor before joining Beach Blue Properties as a property manager in 2017.

His role as Director of Operations at Beach Blue Properties included oversight of factors such as maintenance costs, rental demand, and long-term value, which affect property profitability. This allows him to advise clients on evaluating potential investment opportunities and identifying properties with favorable returns. David assists clients interested in vacation rental properties and long-term investments by helping them make informed decisions suited to their financial objectives.
Outside of work, David spends time at the beach and with his family, friends, and dogs, Nola and Darla.
