Beach Blue as my management rental company for years and used David Duncan as
my realtor several times when I sold those properties and bought new ones. He always
gives you his full attention and responds very quickly to any questions I may have. He
pretty much handles everything you can think of, and I always got the best price for my
real estate properties (buying and selling) and the best rental income compared to other
rental companies. We will never again use anyone but David Duncan and Beach Blue
Real Estate.
